Nick Hadzicki

Property Manager | Real Estate Enthusiast

With a background in both science and business, Nick brings a unique blend of analytical thinking and strategic vision to his role as a property manager. Nick currently manages over 200 multi family units, focusing on providing quality living spaces and fostering strong relationships with residents. His approach is grounded in hard work, goal-setting, and always keeping an eye on the big picture.

Before venturing into real estate, he began his professional career in a biotech lab, where he contributed to the development of vaccines. This experience not only honed his attention to detail but also taught him the value of persistence and innovation.

He graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, accompanied by double minors in Biology and Business Management. These diverse fields of study have shaped my understanding of human behavior, business operations, and the importance of adaptability.

Outside of his professional life, Nick is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring new cultures and broadening his horizons. Whether it’s work or play, he approaches everything with a passion for growth and a commitment to excellence.

RYAN FICKETT

Maintenance Director | Technology & Property Expert

Ryan brings a strong background in both technology and business to his role at Triproperties, where he expertly oversees maintenance services, construction projects, and property inspections for clients. His extensive experience in technology, construction, and property management gives him a deep understanding of the mechanics of homes and the inspection processes vital to both private and government sectors.

A forward-thinking professional, Ryan is always eager to explore and implement new technologies, methods, and procedures, positioning himself as a key collaborator and dynamic team player. Before transitioning into property management, Ryan honed his skills at Alarms Unlimited, where he designed security systems and led installation teams across various residential and commercial properties. This experience greatly enhanced his expertise in property integrity and operational efficiency.

A proud San Diego native, Ryan graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a minor in Communication, equipping him with a strong foundation in both business strategy and effective communication.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, whether it's relaxing at the beach or hitting the links for a round of golf.

"Maintenance issues can be a real pain in the you know what. Ryan and the team at Triproperties make the process so simple. I recently had a refrigerator stop working. That day I submitted a maintenance request online and within minutes I received a call for the maintenance manager Ryan. He was able to come out that same day and look at the fridge. Although he was able to temporarily fix the issue, he knew it was not a long term solution. Management ordered a new fridge and had it delivered two days later before a holiday weekend. This is just one example of how responsive the maintenance service at Triproperties is. Ryan deserves a raise!"
